The MC3000 Series Manual Changeover Stations allow manual switching between a primary cylinder and a reserve cylinder. CONVENIENT VALVING
By nature, filters need to be replaced or serviced. All GCE pipeline filter panels have been designed to ease maintenance. That's why some of our equipment is equipped with:
- a by-pass valve to allow filter changeouts
- a vent valve to expulse contaminants out of the filter before putting it back into service
- lock-out valves at both the inlet and outlet
QUALITY OF SUPPLY GAS
Hydrocarbons, moisture and oxygen traps are not recommended as a replacement for the use of high purity gases. Rather, they are designed to provide additional protection from contamination which might result in a
reduction of impurity levels for extremely sensitive processes.

The ASM350 switchover manifolds for liquid cylinders are designed to supply an uninterrupted flow of gas, without fluctuation in service pressure. The system supplies gas from the primary cylinder bank with a secondary bank of cylinders on standby, ready to take over automatically when the primary cylinder bank can no longer maintain the minimum inlet pressure.

The ASM5000 Series automatic switchover manifolds are designed to supply an uninterrupted flow of industrial gases. Typical applications are shielding gases for welding and high pressure cutting assist gases for high definition cutting lasers.
The system automatically changes from the supply bank to a reserve bank without an interruption in gas supply. A simple rotation of the primary bank handle resets the unit.
Optional Remote Alarm
Internal pressure switches, low bank pressure lights and a buzzer with a silence button, indicates low bank pressure and the need to change the depleted cylinders.

Automatic Switchover
Azoxco Cryogenic manifold systems are cleaned, tested and prepared for indicated gas service and are built following National Fire Protection Association and Compressed Gas Association guidelines.
The manifold consists of a control box and two supply bank headers, one service and one reserve supply, to provide an uninterrupted supply of gas for the specific gas application. The control box is designed and built with features providing automatic switchover from the depleted “Service” supply bank to the “Reserve” supply. Pressure gauges, alarm signal connections and lights show system status and alert the need to replace depleted cylinders. Features of the automatic system include an adjustable line regulator, hoses with check valves, rigid wall-mounted headers and complete mounting hardware.

Leak Detection by Helium
Helium is the smallest known molecule. Once helium is injected into a pipeline or tank, it will try to escape through any loose fittings, cracks or even porous materials.
Azoxco is equipped with a very sensitive mass spectrometer that can detect helium even at trace levels.
You can benefit from the state-of-the-art technology of mass spectrometry and the experienced technicians of Azoxco to help you resolve your leak problems.
Differential Pressure Gauge Repairs
Our specialized technicians can repair or rehab your differential pressure gauge (also known as Barton gauge). Our services include:

Azoxco offers a wide range of services for the rehabilitation of carbon dioxide storage vessels. We can either repair, replace or re-condition:

Mobile Unit
We’re in the process of building a new cryogenic mobile unit. This 45 ft. trailer will be equiped with a 1500 gallon tank, vaporizers and a high pressure cryogenic pumping system.
Our mobile unit will be available with either oxygen, nitrogen or argon services. Product withdrawal will be available in either liquid or gaseous state.

Continuous Humidity Measurement
Having humidity in a vessel or in a pipeline is often the result of a leak. Humidity is considered a major contaminant. Unfortunately, it’s very difficult to get rid of water molecules once they are confined in a piping system or tank. It is then necessary to purge them with nitrogen (hot) for several days or even weeks in order to obtain an acceptable level of humidity.
Our technicians will come to your place to hook up our continuous humidity analyzer. If requested, we will assist you and even guide you during the nitrogen purge process.
